these youngs are a fred! they take their reservation on Booking.com and then completely change when they reach. we have booked 2 rooms for 2 adults, each 80 eur, breakfast included. when we reached the hotel, they called a dame that came with their car and then drove us into another building with an apartment approx. 2 km away. here they gave us an apartment for a family of 2 adults and 2 children. they expected two adults to sleep in bunk beds! how do we fit? during the drive to the apartment the lift remained on the way to the 3rd floor. we needed a lift or room on the ground floor/first floor because my wife is pregnant. we have even mentioned this in our notes on Booking.com. also, to th...

The food and atmosphere is very nice. One word of warning, you have to eat early. The staff do not seem to want to work late. One Itlan couple arrived 15mins before the restaurant was supposed to close and they were told that they could only have a main course and were rushed through their meal.

I agree with everything that this is fantastic that the good thing is. at the return to the house I was surprised to see that they were going to pay me for what I had not eaten there. so they no longer share the good feeling about this place.
