The restaurant was quite busy, but unfortunately, our food arrived cold. The rice and beans were at room temperature, and the meat in the taco was cold, as if it had just come out of the refrigerator. Additionally, the meat lacked flavor. The service was poor; after waiting for 30 minutes, I had to ask for the bill again. When I finally received the bill and paid with my debit card, it took another 30 minutes for it to be returned to me. I definitely won't be returning.
Food was wonderful. Tried three different street tacos, and all were good (carnitas, Baja, and Black Bean/plantain). These are not the traditional small street tacos, btw. They are full size flour tortillas. Mexican egg rolls were good. Chicken tamales were very good. And the house made salsa may be the best I've ever had. Margaritas are good, but on the thick and sweet end of the spectrum. Service was amazing!
The ABSOLUTE best senor Panchos of CT. I've been to ALL Locations and this takes the cake! They are consistently creative with Food specials they have Karaoke nights weekly and not too mention, their service is ABSOLUTE fantabulous! Geraldine is by far our ABSOLUTE best server there and Bar tender and knows how to keep you HAPPY! Everyone is fantastic and you will have an amazing time!
Don't get me wrong most anyone can make reasonable margaritas, but no matter how much I try, the food here is terrible. Every single time. Things taste funky. I don't ever order a meal for that reason. I ordered the happy hour chicken nachos today, and the chicken was disgusting. The staff is friendly and that's about it. We often get takeout from here but sitting down at this location is also a pleasant experience. The server was very nice and attentive. When we get takeout, everything is always correct and delicious. My go to is the Enchiladas Banderas and my husband loves the Tex Mex Burrito. Highly recommend this location.
I ordered 4 meals on-line for pick-up plus an appetizer total $75. When I got home had 1 small bag of ships and 1 small clear portion cup of salsa good for only 3 chips so they skimped or assume only 1 person wanted chips. Food was average. Not happy
It's one of my favorite spots to enjoy a good time with friends. Their margaritas are absolutely the best. The food is extremely fresh and well-balanced, and the atmosphere perfectly complements the vibe, thanks to the excellent customer service.
I ordered the pork tacos with mango salsa, and I was really disappointed. The pork was bland and unseasoned, and the mango chunks were hard. It was quite unappetizing. I've definitely had better experiences at their other locations. Book a table now
So the food is wonderful, service is amazing and the location is great. I have to circle back to the staff here, who are amazing. They are so nice, and very attentive. I highly recommend coming here!
