Have heard great things about this place so decided to give it a try on Wednesday lunchtime in between Xmas and new year. Not particularly busy, service was slow, took 20 minutes to take a drinks order, we asked if we could order food tat the same time, told the waiting staff would get our drinks and then take our food order. We waited a further 30 minutes to have our food order taken. Not a huge menu but we found something to please the majority. My youngest, who can be fussy, tried the Korean loaded fries, a big plate for a small appetite but he did his best. The waiter collecting plates admonished him for not “trying the food”!! Light lunch with friends, on arrival told they were a Chef down through illness. 20 minute delay was explained and we were offered a complimentary coffee whilst we waited. Happy with the explanation and enjoyed a coffee and chat before ordering our lunch. Food was timely and absolutely delicious. Fresh, well presented and value for money. Service was excellent. The immediate explanation of the shortage of kitchen staff and a complimentary coffee was professional and ensured all customers were well informed. Can’t wait to go back for another Buddha Bowl.
Went in for tea and cake just before lunchtime. On offer were just brownies , flapjack and I think it was called a Cuffin, which was what I had. When order was taken the server asked if I’d like it hot or cold. I asked what it actually consisted of but she didn’t know so as it looked similar to a muffin crossed with a croissant I went for cold. The pastry tasted very nice but I had to ask for a fork to eat it with plus white sugar for my tea plus a spoon to stir tea with. I’m not being petty but these are pretty basic items. Arrived 11am. Waited 30 minutes for someone to take our drinks order. Had to find a menu for ourselves. Drinks arrived, order for food taken, arrived 30 minutes later. Cold homemade beans with the sausage pattie burger. No meal check, no asking if we wanted anything else. No attempt to bring us our bill. In fact no attempt to make us feel welcome at all. Maybe a shortage of staff, but there should be an explanation of some sort to explain why the service is slowwwwww and shoddy !!

We visited on Saturday evening for tapas. Food was delicious and service was very attentive, service charge is automatically added which I was happy to pay. Favourites were the cod tacos and crab coquettes. Cocktails were reasonably priced, definitely will visit again, only thing I didn't like was the unisex toilets which seem to be getting the norm in restaurants these days.
I was told they were not allowed to give me the Wi-Fi password… moreover £4.10 for an iced soya latte …. Given this is not any cheaper than any other place I don’t see why I should back there if they cannot offer a similar service (e.g. free wi-fi)
An amazing experience in the newest independent evening venue in Hereford. Excellent tapas options and great service. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the dishes available. We will be back!
We had a family breakfast here , the food was so well presented and was delicious . The staff were very attentive and hardworking . We will return A breakfast for four adults and drinks cost £63

They don’t seem to be able to cope with the bigger size of the new restaurant. Nearly an hours wait. Food was nice but nothing special. Very expensive for what it is. Very disappointing.
