The service and food at this restaurant is beyond stellar! We booked the private room for a graduation celebration, and everything was amazing. Our servers, Leo and Maria made sure that our food was exceptional. From the moment we sat down, they were attentive and friendly. They gave us recommendations on the dishes and explained the menu in great detail.Throughout the entire dinner, the servers were always attentive to our needs. Dropped by for breakfast and haven't been to a Sergio's for some time and now I know why, first it took some time for someone to take our order fine no problem we ordered an omelette with chorizo,mushrooms,onions, and Swiss cheese with a side order of tomatoes with unions, it comes with Cuban toast, well the toast arrived it was cold the omelette arrived ten minutes later missing the chorizo and it wasn't an omelette it looked like a crepe they said it was made with five eggs must have been quail eggs had to scape the pan that it came in to get it out and as for the tomato salad with unions no unions, well won't be seeing Sergio's ever again avoid at all cost.
This is hands down the best restaurant in Doral! Jadiam is undoubtedly one of the top servers here, and the entire staff is exceptional. The food is prepared fresh every day, and the prices are unbeatable. Robbie, the general manager, has done an amazing job maintaining the reputation of Sergio’s Restaurant, and this location is certainly no exception. I’m proud to say that I’ve been a regular customer here for over 10 years and plan to keep coming back for the foreseeable future.
Everything was great. Food is always good. Keep in mind that the portions are very big. Some of them can be good for 2 people if you don't eat much. Service is always fast and courteous. Now they have robots bringing your order from the kitchen to you table. I got the cuban special fried rice. They have a special area that you can reserve for special occasions like small weddings, engagement, etc. Lots of free parking outside.

Juan was our server for a large party of 50 people, and he did an outstanding job! We were in town for a baseball tournament, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The food was simply amazing—everyone loved their dishes, and we ordered a wide range from the menu. It was definitely worth the trip!
Staff is very attentive and the food was delicious! The plates are big, plenty to share. Sergio was our waiter and he was on point! They have these cool serving robots that bring the food over to the table so the staff doesn't carry hot plates!That mango margarita tho... so good!
Great food and drink. Arroz Imperial amazingly good the sangria excellent. Leo our waiter made us very happy? his way to serve us was unique and excellent. Love this place and Leo.Parking: Nice space and in front of the restaurant.
As a tourist, I was looking for an authentic Cuban experience. It doesn't get much more authentic than this. I highly recommend the cuban sampler, the chimi-chicken, and the beans of the day (premium side dish)Food: 5/5

This place is either a hit or miss depending on the cook . In my opinion as time passes the less authentic they become in their cooking and seasoning.
