"I can't believe the bad reviews. The best I ever had. Chock full of meat and delicious sauce. The egg rolls were huge and crispy and not greasy. Wontons were big and delicious. Definitely just going out, but really good food."

Updated 6/19/2019: The new family managing this restaurant has greatly improved the overall experience! I am impressed with the excellent service provided by a young waiter. Previous version: This restaurant can be hit or miss, with some dishes being decent while others lack flavor and require condiments like mustard, soy sauce, or duck sauce. The chicken is quite thin and can be mistaken for skin at times. However, spicy dishes, when ordered mild, are usually tasty. Unfortunately, there are instances where the mother loudly scolds her child, which can disrupt an otherwise pleasant dining experience. Despite these drawbacks, I still visit for a quick meal.

Yes, just like another recent review mentioned, this restaurant is now under new ownership. The owners are so kind, they even gave us a complimentary sample of the Hawaiian chicken dish. It was delicious. We have tried all the Chinese restaurants in the area, but none of them can make General Tso's chicken as well as Chopstick. They also make exceptional fried rice, dumplings, egg rolls, and all the other classic dishes. It's surprising that despite the many options nearby, Chopstick is the only local restaurant that we truly enjoy.

Really good chicken dishes. The small pancakes are excellent. Another review said she stingy with the meat, but from now on I have not experienced any problems. A comb plate is at least 50% meat I can't complain about. UPDATE: Year later the best Chinese in the area hands down and I tried every new one that is 50 minutes away. These guys are consistently the best tasting (outside NYC Chinatown Wo-Hop natural), and more often than not the best prices. Fast as a bat duck and generous with sauces. A

This restaurant is amazing. I hope they never change. The food here reminds me of the delicious Chinese dishes from the 80s and 90s. Unlike most Chinese food, which I find to be cheap and low quality, this restaurant offers higher quality dishes. The egg rolls are delicious, the soups are fantastic (especially the house soup), and the General Tso's chicken is excellent.
