Oof. Very disappointed. I'd leave 2 stars but te yelp police frown upon that lol I pass by this place all the time. The reviews look good. So do the photos. Before I say anything else, let me say that the service here is A1. Really kind and helpful folks here. Location is nice. Shopping center with a huge outdoor eating area. I paid $17 for a vegetarian sandwich. Well, I added the bacon. Summer zyphir. I think it was called. Basically bread, some arugula, cheese?, tomato and sauce. This thing probably costs $1.50 to make. And an upsell of $15. I'm low key jealous I can't find ppl to pay me that much for a basic sandwich. The bacon wasn't even a thick cut. Again, some basic farmer johns bacon...
Our experience with sandwiches at this restaurant was the most unusual we've ever had. The chips arrived almost 10 minutes before our other food, which was frustrating. To add to that, my fiancée’s caprese-style sandwich was overly slathered in mayo, forcing us to use napkins to wipe off the excess. She couldn't even finish it. Moreover, a couple who sat down next to us 20 minutes after we placed our order received their food just a minute after we did. While the ingredients were of high quality, the overall execution felt awkward and uninviting. We've decided to go to Mendocino Farms for a better lunch since we couldn't finish what we ordered.
Absolutely love this place. Bridget and her staff are wonderful. Engaging, polite, and attentive. You may have a slight wait for food on a busy weekend, but it's absolutely worth it. I've had three different sandwiches, each of them delicious in their own way. The Pastrami and Meatball sandwich in particular are fantastic, not to mention the Rosemary fries which I could probably eat a hundred orders of. They make all the food and sauces from scratch, no prepackaged or frozen garbage here. Come here, enjoy the view of the lake, the greenery, and absolutely outstanding food.
The food was excellent! I LOVE brussel sprouts, and their crispy brussel sprouts were probably the best I have ever had! The sandwich was great as well, but there was one problem... I ordered the Yogi that has chicken, but they served it without the chicken ??. Other than that, it is worth another trip to try more on the menu... and those brussel sprouts!

Very over priced for quality. Service is very poor. Took almost 10 mins for a beer. Then they never signaled for my warm Goodmother and chips. 20 mins later when they signaled for the wedge salad my sandwich and chips which I asked were just sittingthere cold. Sorry but nothing good to say this time around. My wife said the Wedge salad was excellent.
There was a solid, one hour wait during lunch hour on August 28, 2022. Yes, it was EXTREMELY busy. Next visit was 4:00 on August 8,2022. No other customers, just me. The male staff Not as not welcoming or friendly. But they were not rude either.There was ten minute wait for the Summer Zephyr sandwich. No big. The food is always very, very good
The crew is nice. Food is okay, it?s in the ranges. Restroom is small but fine. It?s really the view and location that makes this place stand out. In the gazebo the north lake is visible in nice, full view. This place is easily biked from the creektrail. They do close pretty early at 8, though.
Great place. Love the food and the vibe. NEEDS MORE STAFF! The people working here are great but 2 people up front taking orders and handing out food isn't enough. Every food business owner should know how important it is to have sufficient staff. This canmake or break a business.
