first, please note that the savardi restaurant is no longer a tapas barons that has not been so for some time. sevardi has returned to its original, beautiful, high quality small restaurant with delicious home prepared food. my wife and I visited a few weeks ago and enjoyed a filet steak in red wine and mushroom jous plus a nicely grilled piece john dory in a lemon butter sauce and both accompanied by properly roasted kartoffels and a freshly steamed green vegetables. two generous glasses wein with two beautiful coffees came to a total of less than $90. service was excellent as always. highly recommended. we came back to dinner about two weeks later with our daughter and family. tony has coo...

While driving west along the M2 Motorway and encountering horrendous traffic, we decided to take the next exit and find a place to eat and wait out the congestion. We stumbled upon a Tapas and Wine bar in Beecroft and decided to give it a try. Our waiter, Jarrod, was a delight and made us feel very welcome. My wife enjoyed the mushroom risotto while Jarrod put together a tasting plate of tapas for me, which was not on the menu but should be offered in the future. The calamari was exceptional and the Buffalo Cheese with prawns was delicious. The wine selection was also good. Thanks to the great food and service from Jarrod, I left in a much better mood and even the traffic on the M2 had clear...

The former Sevardi Italian restaurant, now transformed into a tapas and wine bar, is not living up to expectations. The atmosphere is lacking, with a cold and bare feeling even in the lounge seating area. Despite asking to keep the windows closed, we still felt cold due to smoke coming from the kitchen. The wine selection was fine, but the food was average and the service inconsistent. While the concept of a wine and tapas bar in the Hills is promising, the execution falls short with uninviting decor and a disconnect from the tapas bar vibe. The website paints a better picture than reality, making our experience disappointing. We do not plan on returning.

our favorite go-to-restaurant only two stops from home. we love the casual atmosphere, we enjoyed pre-dinner drinks and banter with the owner, our meals were fabulous. we started with an antipasto platter, followed by fishing the day, barramundi for my man, and pan roasted chicken with prosciutto and mushrooms in a cream sauce for me, both absolutely delicious. we wash everything with a bottle of kettmeir pinot bianca whiteburgunder, delicious! a beautiful night for a birthday dinner and other guests who celebrate a birthday have also shared their birthday cake with us! a so beautiful night, they look forward to another dinner party. Two of us enjoyed dinner on Wednesday night at Servardi, and we were most impressed. Having dined here before, we decided on tapas share meals, starting with calamari and olives, followed by the a platter of cold meats and cheeses, just delicious! Washed down with...a bottle of Italian Pasquale Soave dry white wine, ideal with our charcuterie platter. Warm and welcoming owner, Servardi is located just a two minute walk from Beecroft railway station, perfect place to enjoy a great Italian meal.

for positano booked, but put in sevardi because there are 12 of us. we were not happy. eating is still excellent, but $5 a head corkage is a bit rich. If we want good food and genuine Italian atmosphere, we will insist. positano

Had the tapas. Everything was perfect. Had live background non stop music. Food was great. Try the Emma sparkling from Slovenia. Meat balls are tops. Arranchini. And salt and pepper squid were perfectly cooked. Will come back.

The ‘Gold Standard’ Pasta by which we judge everybody else’s by. Tony will cook you the best pork belly you’ve probably ever had if you call him and pre order it. It’s a big serve though so you had better be hungry. Book a table now

Tony and his team serve incredible authentic Italian cuisine. We have dined here for special occasions in the past, and their takeout is also top-notch!
