I've been to this restaurant before and the food is excellent, but this time I had a disappointing experience. I sat at the bar for about 15 minutes and received a menu as soon as we arrived, but that was the extent of the service. No one ever asked what we would like to order. The two staff members behind the bar seemed to ignore us completely, as they had time to chat with other guests but couldn't find a moment to take our order. I won’t be returning. I spoke with several other patrons, and they expressed similar frustrations with the service, especially when the girl with dark hair was working. It seems she only pays attention to regulars—must be nice not to need new customers.
The WORST experience at Taphouse tonight! And I will not be going back until it changes management. It was my Dads birthday and they quoted us 15 minutes. We waited 50 (with open tables) and then I finally asked management to seat us which they hesitantly did. Then we patiently waited another 30 minutes with no one greeting us. When I asked if someone could be our server I was met with attitude and questioning as to who sat me there! At this point there were barely any people left there so not sure what was going on. I have never been so disrespected in a restaurant and will NOT be going back.
I went here to visit with a few friends, and it was truly remarkable service. Tori was my server and she was amazing and one of the best servers at a restaurant I have ever had. The atmosphere and beer choices were phenomenal. The food was top-tier extremely good food that left you wanting more. I will definitely be going back very soon with even more friends to enjoy this phenomenal place. I advise you to go as soon as you can to experience the atmosphere service and hospitality that this place offers.
It is against the law to park in the bike lane, yet you are effectively encouraging people to do just that. I have nearly been involved in an accident with my children due to the negligence of your customers regarding this matter. If someone does get hurt, like the teenager who was struck at the end of the street, it will reflect poorly on your business.

Last night was my first time trying this place and our server Tori W. was a rockstar! She was super nice and stayed on top of our drinks the whole time we were there. I’ll absolutely be back thanks to her kindness : Also I absolutely recommend the caesar wrap with fried chicken, it was awesome!!
Busy place. Waited 15 minutes standing at order here sign just to get a drink while at least 2 bartenders were washing glasses and stocking beer. Waiting another 10 when ordering food. Food came quick and was good, not great, and pricey.
The food was excellent. The server seemed a little overwhelmed but did apologize for the wait. There was a fantastic selection of rotating craft beers. The wings were served hot, and the burgers were delicious.
Outstanding! Well prepared, one of the best steaks I have ever had! Returned based on the great food we have had in the past, definitely our new favorite spot!

Really nice taphouse. Great selection of local beers, and my son got the tacos and said they were great.
