The restaurant follows a first-come, first-serve policy, and the wait time was excessively long. Once we were seated, I felt rushed by the waiter to order. To make matters worse, I was charged for a drink I never received. My daughter's meal took an unreasonable amount of time to arrive, and when it finally did, the seafood dishes were underwhelming in taste and quality. I visited this restaurant over Easter weekend for their buffet, and I found it to be quite overpriced for what was offered. The crab legs and lobster tails were only available as extra add-ons for your boils, and the alcoholic drinks were diluted. Furthermore, gratuity was automatically included at a staggering 25%, which felt excessive given the poor quality of service, especially for a buffet setting. I decided to lower the tip due to the unsatisfactory service, but when I reviewed my bill, they still charged the 25% gratuity. I disputed this charge and am still waiting for a resolution. I would not recommend this place for family dining, as it seems they take advantage of their customers....
I recently took my mom to Sexy Crab Seafood and Sushi for lunch. Our servers, Winnie and Suzann, provided excellent service. The food was served hot and was quite delicious. However, I found the lemon pepper seasoning on the baked clams to be a bit excessive. Overall, we had a great dining experience. Just a note: an automatic gratuity is added to your bill, even for parties of fewer than four, and you're given the option to add an additional tip suggested at the bottom. For vegetarian options, we tried the vegetable fried rice along with some sides of vegetables. Parking can be tricky on weekends, but if you visit during the week, finding a spot shouldn't be an issue.
What frustrated me the most was that she automatically added a 20% tip for herself. The policy states an automatic 18% for groups of four or more, and since we were only three, I don't believe she earned that tip. She was one of the worst waitresses I've encountered, and I don’t understand how that practice is allowed. Her service didn’t warrant a tip at all. If you’re reading this, you really need to improve your service. Because of her, I wouldn’t return to this restaurant.
On a brighter note, the owner or manager seemed nice. As for vegetarian options, there aren't many available since it's primarily a seafood place.

I had a pleasant experience at the restaurant. The food was tasty, and the service was excellent. The prices were reasonable. I appreciate that they charge for uneaten food, as it helps prevent waste. My wife and I shared a variety of dishes without any problems. My only complaint was being expected to tip in addition to the automatic 15% gratuity already added to the bill. Other than that, I am quite satisfied and plan to return in the near future. Also, the mango martinis were fantastic!
Delicious all-you-can-eat Cajun seafood restaurant. Keep in mind that an automatic gratuity is added, so your $60 all-you-can-eat experience will likely total around $80-85. The staff is friendly and attentive. You can write down your orders for the waiter, and you’ll receive your dishes in under 10 minutes. I would definitely return when craving a seafood boil.
It's a small place... well lit.Family oriented... young and old.It's a tasty seafood place and they give you plastic gloves so all that butter stays off your fingers. Yummy. Try it.Kid-friendliness: Families were there as well as groups and couples.
The best food. The owner is so nice the staff is very nice. I loved the way they made sure that your food came out in a timely manner. Please take time out and go enjoy some awesome seafood.
