I’m not sure what I’m missing. With all of the stellar reviews I had to check this place out. Since I was dining alone I didn’t order one of the low country buckets of food- it would have been wasted, I opted for a simple fried Carolina shrimp dinner. At first glance the shrimp looked huge and yummy. When I tried to eat one there was so much breading on the shrimp they were almost hard to find. The French fries were unremarkable and unseasoned. I ate what I could and left the rest. Not my idea of a great seafood restaurant. Maybe the low-country boils are better.
Enjoyable experience and satisfied my desire for fresh seafood. All food is steamed in a bag with your choice of seasoning. Only suggestion would be to provide more nut crackers and seafood forks for guests. Server was amazing. I believe her name was Ruth. Great personality and will ask to be seated at her table again.
Food was very delicious. Definitely a must try! Great for dates, family time, pretty much any time! We were able to be seated immediately which was nice but I’m sure we were the early birds lol the atmosphere is very nice and clean, all around a great place to come and eat.
I absolutely love this place! I visit every other week just to enjoy their crab legs. The food is consistently delicious, and I've always had a great experience there!
