Very good food tastefully prepared. In some sauces or the Firni could have been more courageous. The mixed Tandoori was great! The teas are very good and you can choose between sugar and honey to sweet, nice. Not so nice is the plastic packaging of honey that imitates a spoon. The service was very friendly, unfortunately not so often at the table and with us two pairs has brought a total bill totally insane, as you ask at least. Just because of the really good food the stars. We come back and if it’s better to run 5 stars
Bei unserer ersten Bestellung waren wir sehr zufrieden, das Chicken Korma war super, gutes Naan, gutes Vegetable Biryani. Heute zum zweiten Mal bestellt und leider sehr enttäuscht. Das Vegetable Korma und das Aloo Pratha haben dermaßen wenig Geschmack, dass ich einen Corona-Test gemacht habe, weil ich daran gezweifelt habe, dass mein Geschmackssinn funktioniert. Butter chicken ist okay, aber auch etwas enttäuschend.
This place was such a disappointment.... Went with really average expectations and couldn't eat my food. Starter was a salad which was nice but then we got the main course which was lamb curry - the meat was 50% fat and when i said i can't eat it i was not offered to replace it with another dish, just heard "oh well" from the waiter. Not going back.
The food was delicious and tasted authentically Indian. The service was friendly and efficient and the restaurant was inviting and comfortable. The four of us had different dishes which were all excellent and reasonably priced. Very recommendable.

it was my first time in shalimar and although not perfect, I enjoyed it. aloo paratha, garlauch naan, mango leti were great, but that was lamm biryani.
Tasteless cheap quality over priced food delivered literally in half portions compared to normal restaurants. Stay away and save your money!!
Chicken corma just delicious and the delivery came much faster than was originally displayed. so all the top.
