I visited this SPA this weekend. My experience was disappointing. The gratuity is posted as a sign and imposes on a client as mandatory the amount of gratuity to be paid. I believe that it is on a client discretion and depending on the quality of services provided. When I mentioned that it is illegal, the owner continue to insists if there is a sign it is legal. What a philosophy? I spend almost $200 at their spa: entrance fee, service fee and food at their restaurant and left $10 for the lady who has been providing service to me. This was my first visit to a Korean spa, and I had been searching for one for the past two years. I was a bit nervous at first due to some reviews and the fact that nudity is required. However, I’m so glad I decided to go—it was truly a wonderful experience. The facility felt very authentic, transporting me to Southeast Asia, which I absolutely loved. Unusual place, some inconveniences like towels they give you are very small, bring your own, you need an id to get in , don’t forget it, jacuzzi has jets but it doesn’t work, just enjoy the hot bath,otherwise it’s a nice spa with hot saunas and steam room, I would go back again, no problem and would recommend it to my friends, price/ value is good, worth it
10000% worth checking out at the very least. Allow a few hours to enjoy everything this place has to offer without rushing. I got the gold treatment and I would recommend getting the treatment on the back end of your visit. Enjoy all the facility has to offer first and finish with a nice full body treatment.

I was really impressed with the customer service, cleanliness, and the variety of amenities available. I've been to other bathhouses, and this one stands out as quite good. I'm so glad we have this in Tampa!
