My boyfriend ordered a bagel with lox and the bagel had no lox on it. He called and they said, Do you want us to do anything about it? It should be their responsibility to do something about it. This is terrible customer service and they offered to remake it, but they are sold out of bagels. We requested a refund because it was an expensive order. They sat him on hold on the phone to refund the money, but they don 't know how to refund it and apparently there is no one to show the person how to do. They took his number, but who knows what will happen next. The person said they have no expectations for a phone call back. Terrible would never come back here!
Phenomenally delicious I've had the chicken noodle soup which is very comforting on any given day and really nice to have when feeling under the weather. I also had the Hollywood sandwich which had some great pastrami and turkey. The turkey was nice and moist. Coleslaw was not overwhelming and placed between the meats plus some Russian dressing on rye. It was delivered and not remotely soggy. Nothing worse than soggy bread for a sandwich. But this sandwich was perfect with a pickle and half pickled cucumber on the side Can't wait to order again
Really didn't care for the food. Hot pastrami corned beef were both very dry. Potato salad wasn't very good either (dry not a fan of the flavor), macaroni and cheese didn't have much of a cheese flavor either. The potato knish was surprisingly pretty tasty. Needless to say, we won't be ordering from here again.
This is a Labor of Love ! The Owners Susan and Matt are always there there is nothing they won't do to make a Customer Happy like no other food establishment I have ever seen. Run dont walk I can't think of a place I would rather eat in Red Bank. Nice to see people who love their work!!!!!! Top Notch !

As a huge fan of New York delicatessens, I usually steer clear of restaurants that are overly dark and completely empty. In late January 2022, I walked past this place twice during its opening hours, but chose to look for breakfast elsewhere, specifically around the corner for a different option.
The corned beef sandwiches are absolutely delicious, accompanied by tasty potato salad and classic half-sour pickles. We also really enjoy the matzoh ball soup and the nostalgic seltzer bottles. The service is quick and friendly. Highly recommend this place!
So good!!! Got two different sandwiches delivered today through Uber Eats and what a treat it was! We haven't had pastrami and brisket like that since we worked in NYC pre-pandemic : Do yourself a favor and try it!
A great NY deli in Red Bank. Delicious corned beef sandwiches and matzoh ball soup. Traditional half sour pickles and old fashioned seltzer bottles. Fast and friendly service. Love this place!

The bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich was delicious, reminiscent of what you would find in NYC. Having grown up in NYC, I can say it was spot on. The delivery was also impressively quick.
