This is a one star review because of the service. The cashier is the most unfriendly unpleasant individual who looks like she wants to be anywhere but here. In this day and age, boba shops are a dime a dozen so maybe you should try to different yourself by at a minimum being friendly. I'm not sure how difficult it is to say and HELLO and and the sale to say THANK YOU. This is the second time in a row we have been here and the girl with the Abercrombie and Fitch shirt doesn't even say thank you ?????? Maybe that's why the tip jar is COMPLETELY EMPTY. Be friendly say hello and thank you and get better a review
I had a disappointing experience at this location due to the poor customer service. The employees seemed unfriendly, never smiling or greeting us, which felt quite impolite. There is one staff member, an Asian girl, who particularly displayed a bad attitude. Additionally, I noticed that the prices for drinks varied for different customers, which doesn't seem fair. I urge the management to address these issues.
I politely asked if I could use the restroom, mentioning that I would be a paying customer. My son and I needed to go, but they refused, claiming it was out of order. This is just typical of some businesses in California. We walked next door to Yoghurtland, and they kindly allowed us to use the restroom before we made a purchase.
The service was underwhelming. The server didn’t say much, and when he did speak, he didn’t repeat himself, which made it hard to understand him. I found myself guessing what he was trying to say while he just nodded. It was a bit odd. Even though the drinks were great, I wouldn’t choose to return to this location.

Great spot in Costa Mesa for Taiwanese bubble tea, they offer a huge variety of styles and flavor including bubble tea with ice cream! The staff is kind and will kindly explain the differences between the teas and give you good suggestions.The place is small but it’s perfect to grab your tea and go.
Love this sharetea! Always come here after work to get a refreshing drink and the staff are so nice. An tall, asian guy (Preston) at the cashier gave me great recommendations. i didn't want anything too sweet and he made sure my drink was to my liking! The place is always clean too!
I have a good friend who likes this chain so I thought I’d try the one nearest my home. They take the extra time to heat-seal a flexible lid on your drink. Reasonably priced and receipts can be emailed/texted if you’d rather not get paper.
Quick service. Staff was friendly. Asked for less ice and my cup was half full of ice. I also asked for 30 percent sweetness and it was super sweet. I couldn't enjoy drink because it was so sweet. I will opt for zero sweetness next time.
