Wouldn’t give it a one star by choice worst takeaway of any kind we ever had,what a complete waste of money beef chow mein was the greasiest I’ve ever had. Beef inedible,rice dark brown and burnt,fried mixed veg tasted like it was boiled,and the chicken with ginger and spring onions was bland,and didn’t taste or resemble chicken at all,this was our one and only visit here,avoid if you like nice food.
After trying Chinese takeaways nearest to me I was beginning to think we would never find a decent Chinese take away. Thought we would try this one after reading the reviews and im glad we did! Really yummy and much like our old Chinese. Just wish they delivered. It says they do on the menu for an extra £1each mile outside 3mile radius but when I asked they said they don't. :
Very good food which arrived promptly and still piping hot. Portions were large, the chicken fried rice was full of chicken strips and my curry was full of chicken too. Cannot fault the food or service and definitely one of the best we have tried.
This Chinese takeway has the best cuisines in Rushden with my all time favourite dish. Crispy shredded beef! It is an absoultely wonderful dish for a cheap price. If you have high expectations, Come to Shek Wu chinese takeway today. Book a table now
It is very convenient to place orders over the phone with the option for both collection and delivery. The food is delicious and definitely worth the 10-mile journey to the restaurant. I highly recommend it.
The restaurant offers excellent value and quick service. Although the staff may not be overly friendly, the delicious food, reasonable prices, and speed of service more than make up for it.
The best Chinese food around here , and very generous portions . We have tried many but Shek Wu are the best , and the freebies are brilliant chicken wings and drinks and prawn crackers)
Just had a lovely takeaway of Chicken Satay it all arrived hot and promptly and was superb. Will definitely use again and can recommend. Can't wait to try the Fillet Steak dishes. Book a table now
