This petrol station is a complete scam. I put in 40 litres, but they billed me for 44 litres. This isn’t a minor error — it’s blatant theft. Always take a picture of the pump before paying and check it against your receipt. You’ll be astonished!!!

Shell South Melbourne deserves zero stars for customer service. I waited 10 minutes at the counter just for the salesperson to come and press the button for fuel. The menu options were overlooked due to the lack of attention from the staff.
