If you choose to dine here, you may either have an exceptionally bad experience or be treated very well. The chef's treatment of customers varies greatly, leading me to question the supposed Japanese value of impartiality. It seemed as though we were unfairly judged based on our cultural background.
Excellent fish! If looking for crazy rolls with lots of sauces this is not your place. If you just want excellent fish you're in the right place. Only a handful of tables and seats at the sushi bar so reservations are suggested. Parking: Tons of parking.
This small restaurant is quite delightful. The staff is excellent and the sushi is very good, although not quite as high-end as some of the top sushi spots in Newport Beach. However, the prices here are much more affordable.
Found our new sushi spot. Fish is absolutely top quality. This is not your typical American sushi place, it’s more traditional Tokyo sushi. Simple menu, no crazy rolls. Servers were very attentive and sweet. Book a table now
By far the best sushi restaurant around. Great friendly owner, fantastic sushi. Not the place to get a roll with a million weird ingredients- where you come if you want a real authentic sushi experience.
So good I could cry. We were just visiting from out of town. This place was so friendly and the food was better than anything I’ve had in a decade. Worth it!
