Aufgrund der vielen positiven Rezensionen wollte auch ich heute mal die Qualität des Sushis bei Shinju probieren doch dazu kam es gar nicht erst, da mir die Bedienung mitteilte, dass der „Sushi Mann“ noch nicht da wäre; er hätte ihn aber soeben angerufen (offenbar um ihn an seinen Job zu erinnern). Auf meine Frage, wann denn dieser ominöse Sushi Mann da wäre, wusste die Bedienung auch nicht so recht zu antworten und sagte dann: gegen Nachmittag. O.k., diese Haus Philosophie oder wie auch immer man das nennen mag, war mir fremd und am Ende auch egal, denn wenn ein Restaurant um 11:30 Uhr öffnet, dann erwarte ich auch, dass alles, was auf der Karte angeboten wird, serviert werden kann. Die Speisen waren frisch, hochwertig und sehr schön angerichtet. Besonders Sushi und warme Gerichte waren geschmacklich auf top Niveau – man merkt sofort die Qualität und die Liebe zum Detail. Der Service war freundlich, aufmerksam und angenehm zurückhaltend. Auch das Ambiente passt perfekt zur japanischen Küche: ruhig, stilvoll und modern. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Besuch – wir kommen definitiv wieder. Klare Empfehlung!
Food, service and the place itself ware great . Only downside was that the air-conditioning wasn't working properly and everyone at our tabel of 16 people were complaining on how hot it was inside.

Amazing sushi! The rice was perfectly cooked! Everything was very fresh! The staff were very kind. Agedashi Tofu was delicious. Wakame salad was seasoned great! Great experience very recommended.
Food for a Japanese restaurant in Europe is ok, but is missing something. Service was nice (but be informed they don't take international credit cards). Great vibes overall.
