In a strip-mall in the middle of Fremont, this is definitely a place where you go for food when you are looking for authentic hand-cut and hand-cut noodle soups in excellent broths. Do not miss the salad-like secondary dishes, especially the lotus root and the cucumbers. We're coming back! Besides, they were very nice when we arrived 30 minutes before the time for our reservations, and they got us right in. So sweet people.
