Shin-sen-gumi Hakata Ramen

I have to say this is a little hidden jewel in Rosemead... I wanted to find such a place near home. It is your small typical Japanese ramen house with very polite staff. Waiting may seem intimidating, but it's not that bad of waiting and it's worth it. The food is great, tasty and has great combinations to choose from. Love how to modify your smoker to your wishes... Love how you can choose how hard you like your noodles and how strong you want in soup oil and base. The curry was great like a combo. It's definitely a retreat for me to try other things on the menu and I'm glad I found this place... Are you tired of being in Rosemead and wanting to get out??? There is a second location in Litt...

Long wait time but ramen is good for its price. Out of 5 locations I had tried, this location has the best tasting ramen broth. Yes, even better than the one in Little Tokyo. PS. DO NOT go to the one in Sawtelle.

place has super tasty food, very friendly and attentive staff, they are on a line but come quite fast, bring my family here
