I had an unpleasant experience at Shipley Do-nuts with an older woman working the drive-thru. When I ordered kolaches and referred to them as "regular," she responded in a snarky tone, "I don’t know what a 'regular' kolache is." It would have been much more helpful if she had sought clarification, perhaps asking if I meant sausage and cheese. Instead, she conveyed a poor attitude, diminishing the customer experience. When I decided to drop the order, she rudely slammed the glass door. It's clear that this employee may not be suited for her role in customer service at Shipley Do-nuts.
