Both salads—the house salad and the Caesar—were delicious, though they were quite standard in flavor. The prime tenderloin was cooked to perfection with a pleasing peppered and salted crust, accompanied by pickled red wine reduction onions and béarnaise sauce. The lobster risotto, while perfectly prepared, had an overpowering seafood taste, and the white wine in it wasn't reduced enough. On the other hand, the lobster mac and cheese was rich and delightful. The crème brûlée was decent, but nothing exceptional. Overall, this steakhouse is definitely worth a visit if you're in Waco!

We had an incredible dinner at 135 Prime! Without a doubt, it's our go-to restaurant for special date nights. Since I'm not a fan of crowds, we decided to celebrate Valentine's Day a few days early, and we were absolutely thrilled with our choice. I appreciate how they consistently refresh their menu with innovative dishes while still offering classic favorites that never disappoint. We ordered two appetizers—the crab cakes and gnocchi—as well as steaks, seafood skewers, potatoes, glazed carrots, and cocktails. I'm already looking forward to our next visit!
The waiter was extremely patient with all my questions about the menu. I was having trouble deciding on a main dish, and he mentioned that the salmon was a popular choice. I absolutely love salmon, but I've had experiences where it was either overcooked or bland. However, this salmon was honestly the best I have ever tasted! It was incredibly tender and flavorful. The vegetables and rice were also spot-on and complemented the dish perfectly. I know for sure that I'll be returning the next time I'm in Waco!
I have to give this restaurant a solid 5 stars! We made a last-minute reservation for a table for three, and when we arrived at the scheduled time, the host welcomed us into a cozy room where our table was all set. The ambiance was lovely and the place was clean. Our server, Josh, was exceptionally honest, sweet, and friendly. We enjoyed a fantastic meal that included fresh oysters, tenderloin, lobster, and Chilean sea bass. It was the perfect dinner! I highly recommend this place! Book a table now
This restaurant is an amazing hidden gem in Waco! I dined in for dinner, and the experience was well worth the price, which was over $100 per person. The food was outstanding, earning a perfect score of 5, as was the service and the atmosphere, both also receiving a 5. I highly recommend trying the Signature Crème Brulee, Chocolate Tower Cake, Signature Salad, and Key Lime Pie!
We split the special table carved Wagu 3 ways. It included braised short rib gnocci, lobster bisque, lobster risotto, lobster Mac Cheese, and Creme Brule. Every bite was delicious but I was the only one who saved room for dessert so I had more than my fair share of Creme Brule Kelly was fantastic and made our celebration extra special. Service: Dine in
Ordered the filet with seafood, which was a skewer with shrimp, scallop, salmon and sea bass. Overall, the steak and seafood was solid. Side of Brussels sprouts was good (not great). Good selection of bourbons and rye. A very good place for dinner but not enough to warrant 5 stars from me.
I've dined here for dinner three times and have consistently experienced excellent service and delicious food. The drinks are expertly crafted with a focus on detail. Be sure to make a reservation and don’t miss out on trying the Tomahawk Steak! Book a table now
