Our experience at this restaurant was disappointing for no apparent reason, and it seems like we are not the only ones who have encountered this issue. Despite making a reservation days in advance for a fairly large group, the place was nearly empty. Our server was new, so I understand some mistakes can be made, but there was also a manager present who could have helped improve the situation. I visited there after 4 months of not able to go out and having an easy dinner with some pints. I always like their draught selections; Stella Artois and Belgian Moon are classic draught but they also had Heineken as a draught which is very hard to see in Canada. The fish tacos were very classic. I liked that they implemented the online menu because of COVID precautions. I just simply had to pull my phone and scan the barcode to see the menus; I think it is a better idea than printing thousands of menus and dispose them. I went to Shoeless Joes on a Thursday at 8pm with eight friends. I thought we would have to wait to be seated because of our group size, but we were quickly seated at high tables. The restaurant was quite busy as the Raptors were playing that night, but our waitress was still attentive and very friendly. They have specials on certain nights, and on Thursdays they offer $3.99 drink specials and half-priced appetizers on select items. I tried the duck wings, which were tasty and well-seasoned. However, I wasn't a fan of the fish tacos as they were too saucy for my liking. If I were to order them again, I would ask for no sauce. Our team was on a business weekend getaway, and we made a reservation through OpenTable before heading over. Unfortunately, it seems this restaurant doesn’t keep track of their OpenTable reservations, so they weren’t aware of ours. However, they still gave us a table, and we settled in. Our server was fantastic—she was cheerful, friendly, and very helpful! Unfortunately, three out of six of our meals arrived without some items, and the salmon was a bit dry. We were tired and hungry, so we decided to eat anyway. Regardless, we were happy to be sitting together.

Poutine was mostly gravy. Like a gravy soup with fries and cheese. Asked for dry martini got a dirty martini and it was a double I didnt ask for a double it tasted like pure alcohol i said i didnt want it and got a corona instead. They still charged my fiance for it. I noticed after we left .
The restaurant wasn't very busy, yet it took 45 minutes for our food to arrive. We also had to wait a long time for our drinks to be refilled and for the bill to be brought to us. I wasn't impressed with the service overall.
The service was atrocious, took an hour to get our drinks and two to get our food. Overall ended up being there for 3:30 hours without an apology and when we spoke to manager /owner he treated us with outrageous disrespect.
Leafs game 7 fantastic experience, screens all over the restaurant so you’ll always have a view, and the management staff was super helpful and accommodating!
