I visited Shogun 3 for my dad's birthday with a group of 7. Dad was excited for his first hibachi show, and we were happily watching the older chef cook for 2 other tables. While the younger hibachi chef cooked extremely quickly, we were disappointed by the lack of entertainment and interaction no food toss into mouth, no egg juggling, the onion fire lasted only a second, any any of the normal gimmicks. Sushi is fresh, enjoyed everything we ordered. The server was very nice and kind to us. Haven’t been here since we moved out of Havertown in 2019, but they also renovated inside. Glad we stopped in again! Kid-friendliness: Server was patient and gave kids extra cherries they wanted me to go back and give him 5 stars!!
The food is prepared well. It was rather bland but still tasted good. The service was attentive and pleasant. I like this restaurant because it has potential for parties, small gatherings and it can also be very intimate. Fresh sushi, quality of the seafood could have been better but over we were satisfied.

We took our kids to the hibachi restaurant for their first time, and they had an amazing experience! We visited right after Mother's Day weekend, and the staff surprised us with roses and small gift bags. It was such a wonderful experience!
