I placed a to go order and one part of my order was not received. My daughter called and let Autumn know that the order was not received. We were offered a credit at that point or to make it again. We opted to have the credit and was told it would only be 2.00 since she thought we received part of the order which was incorrect.I called and spoke with Autumn and she said she has heard 2 different stories and she will only credit 2.00. Our total we paid was over 37.00 and I then was told part of it was not ordered when it was ordered.Autumn then hung up on me. I love this quality restaurant with well-trained, enthusiastic employees. My wife and I are frequent customers of this establishment. This last time we were there, we ordered the classic burger, their famous fish sandwich, French fries, and steamed vegetables. We enjoyed every item. We were impressed with the five-star quality of service from Miss Autumn and observed the guest's relationship with the manager, Mr. James. Kudos to all their teamwork that makes Showmars the best place for lunch and takeouts in Raleigh, NC
My family absolutely loves dining at Showmars! The food is not only delicious, but it is also served quickly. However, the standout aspect of our experience is the fantastic staff. In a time when customer service is lacking, every employee at Showmars has been incredibly friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning to support this wonderful restaurant.
This restaurant is terrible and not worth the price. The Salmon was dry and overcooked, and the Mac and cheese was too salty and flavorless. I couldn't even eat it. The problem lies with the cook, not the front staff.

Had not had this since Charlotte and it did not disappoint. Service was good food came out quickly and hot. Salads were fresh. I would say stop by if you need a fresh meal quick ?
First visit to this location. Usually visit the one in Wake Forest which is a far nicer location and staff. Food at the Briar Creek location was not as good as I was anticipating.
Food was good. I wish there was a bit more emphasis on true Greek cuisine, but it was good for a quick bit. The flounder was good.. gyro was good.
Great place to eat, hard to find a faster no pre prep food restaurant than here. The service and cook staff are great.
