We were first-timers. Ordered a sesame chicken meal and general tso's meal with chicken fried rice and a sweet and sour meal with pork fried rice and a couple of egg rolls. All of the food was good. The portion size was good for the price. The lady at the counter was really nice and patient with us, considering that we came shortly before closing time. The only thing that I didn't care for was the atmosphere, the plastic barrier up separating them from us completely, and the box that you have to get your food out of. I'm not sure if it was up before covid or due to covid, but it seems so impersonal.
This is a no frills, get you in and out Chinese spot. It reminds me of being back in Brooklyn. I haven't had chinese food with perfect fried wings since then the sweet tea brings back memories. If you are looking for ambiance, this is not the spot for you. They are clear in their mission to make good food , fast and get you in your way. Family-owned for over 29 years. One of the better Asian restaurants on this side. Affordable. Food hot and tasty. Would give five if it had seating and less barriers on the inside.
