Lovely cosy restaurant, delicious starters and mains, perhaps served on a warm plate would have been even better. We booked in advance and were seated upstairs, but downstairs had a better atmosphere. We asked to be moved and were after a few mins which was brilliant. If only the upstairs seating area could have had the same feel as downstairs, we wouldn’t have minded. Calamari was crispy, prawns were seasoned perfectly, mushrooms perhaps a tad too zesty but maybe that was the aim. Both prawn spaghetti and seafood ravioli mains were generous in portion size and flavour. Wine was good, would have been better if it was kept chilled in some sort of chill sleeve. This restaurant is a hidden gem! The food is of excellent quality and very reasonably priced. It feels like a true Italian experience - cozy, friendly, and a great place to dine. The lady who served us was delightful and welcoming. The food was outstanding, incredibly flavorful - I would even go as far as to say it's the best Italian food I've had in a long time. If you're in Brighton, you must give this place a try.
I never leave reviews but the service and hospitality at Si Signore was simply exceptional that I have to . I had the penne diavolo, some garlic bread and some gelato all of which were absolutely delicious. The servers went out of their way to ask if I wanted any modifications which I thought was a lovely touch. The waitresses and the managers were super warm and friendly. 10/10. I Will surely be visiting again
Yummy Italian pasta. Gluten free pasta available. We were able to get a table without a reservation however, the seating area in the restaurant is very small and it can be a bit of a squeeze between the tables. We were also seated next to the door which I don’t recommend. The lasagne was delicious but could have been larger as I felt I could have eaten more of it!

Today, my siblings and I were visiting Brighton and were unsure of where to dine. We came across this restaurant and were extremely pleased with our experience. The service was outstanding and the food was fantastic. We were all very impressed.
Loved this place! We were greeted by lovely and friendly staff and the pasta was absolutely delicious. We had spaghetti alla siciliana and spaghetti alla bolognese and both were authentic and plentiful. Can’t wait to come back and try more!
This restaurant is cozy and welcoming with great service, delicious food, and a good selection of wine. We have only been for lunch, so we have not had the chance to try their dinner menu.
Very reasonably priced home made pizza , which was delicious. The staff member was lovely. Definitely recommend. Lees than £20 for pizza Nd a beer.
