Silver Moon - Table reservation

We were staying at the Hyatt regency, which is just a stones throw up the road. We went to this restaurant one night and the food was pretty good. The pork and prawn dumplings are really good. The other 15 odd dishes that we tried...over 2 nights were OK but nothing stood out like the dumplings. We asked about the Chilli mud crab on the menu and the owner advised that if we returned the next night that he would go to the markets and get us some nice fresh mud crabs and cook them up for us. We returned the next night as agreed and were served up nothing fresh but frozen crabs with hardly any meat inside them and the crabs all broken up into small pieces. we have had luck to eat in silver moon 3 times now, at every opportunity the food, service and personal were really good, .also the menu has several dishes that I have not seen yet and a good one. the usual traditional Asian restaurant dishes . at our last visit we tried the salt pfeffer soft dish crab, chicken chow my and hokkien fried rice, which is a bare rice dish is a little like a risotto. everything was really delicious. we like to eat this and the situation, so we will be back

the wet was gracious and willingly modified a standard menu item to increase the vegetables (brukkoli) and to reduce the protein (similar) for our order. eating was plentiful, hot and tasteful.

it is a small restaurant, but very popular. the service here is very good and fast. the salt and pepper chicken is very tasty.

silvermond produces delicious food, but it seems to take an old one. it is worth it, but certainly not be in a hurry.
