Had to go pick up my friend last night from this place she had drank a blue drink from a picture. She was very sick after she drank it. I only had one drink, and I did not finish my drink. I was very sick. They stole my cell phone it was sitting at my table at my section. I turned my turn my back, and it was gone I called it one of their cleaners who said they were staff with the name of Taylor. Answered my phone had me drive to two different spots Wanted me to pay to get my phone back and I was all for her to put it in the cell phone box to think she was going to get any Amount of money off of a phone from 2020. The food was average considering the price. I ordered a cheeseburger, but they were out of hamburger buns and offered to serve it on a hoagie bun instead. The veggie egg rolls turned out to be very small spring rolls topped with grated Parmesan cheese and parsley. The chicken wings and sweet potato fries were good, except for the honey. Additionally, there was a mandatory 18% gratuity for service that I would rate at best at 8%. Overall, it didn't meet my expectations.
We order food and drinks then about 20 Minutes later our server said she has to relocate us immediately and couldn't find a place to put us.. the manager told her huge party has reserved Spot however the waitresses wasn't made aware gave us our bill I had to pay for a Martini I couldn't finish. This is the most unprofessional service I have ever experienced to think it's black owned.. I would never ever consider going back to Skybox
The portion sizes have changed since my first visit. I received much more food then, and the price was reasonable. This time, however, the portion was very small (like a toddler's meal), yet the price remained the same. I spoke to the owner about my concerns, but he showed no concern or remorse. While the service was excellent, I regret to say that I won't be returning.

This spicy chicken sandwich is NASTY! First of all, the chicken tenders that they put on there are just roll in a spicy sauce then baked on there. Second, the tenders were so dry and overcooked it felt like I was cheating on a shoe. Just terrible and I lowkey want my money back. The service at the bar was great! Kenya did a fantastic job making sure I was good.
I ordered fish tacos without realizing they were made with catfish. I'm allergic to catfish, and since I used to have a pet catfish, eating it is simply not an option for me. Fortunately, the manager was wonderful and provided me with a completely new meal on the house. Now that's what I call great service! The waitstaff were friendly, too!
We were sat a dirty table because their were no clean tables outside but they lady told us she was gone have somebody come clean it however that person never came and cleaned the table nor did a sever come to acknowledge us or speak to us after several walked past us we decided to leave after sitting at a dirty table for 45 minutes
