While I was placing an order at the self-service screen, I encountered an issue with redeeming a voucher. A staff member directed me to the checkout counter for assistance, and during this time, my son sat at a table nearby. To my shock and disappointment, Aaron, the kitchen manager, instructed my son to give up his seat to other customers who had placed their orders.
