This specific store sucks. You place an order then they take 15 min to cancel it, and by then its almost 9:30 and other restaurants are closing. They have done this twice to me, and its the last time. If you close at 9:30, you close at 9:30. Not 9,not 9:05. 9:30! And after reading the other reviews, this store is just managed poorly. I will gladly spend my money somewhereelse.
We went out on a whim for dinner and ended up stopping by because they had gluten-free buns for the burgers I ordered the Smash Fries per Wave’s recommendation—and they did not disappoint. Huge shoutout to him, too—he was so kind and attentive, even came by to check on us mid-meal. That kind of care is rare these days and so appreciated! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
The food at Smashburger is consistently delicious, and the prices are mostly reasonable. Compared to other local spots, their pricing is usually more appealing. My only minor gripe is the generous use of sauces—though I do wonder why mustard isn't offered. One of the best features is the ability to customize any order. Plus, everything is always incredibly fresh.
Absolutely amazing! We travel from the other side of the city just to eat here. Everything is consistently hot, fresh, and incredibly delicious! The management goes above and beyond to ensure that everything is perfect. While they can get busy, they are quick and efficient. The food here is consistently amazing and delicious. Every time I visit, it’s fresh, served hot, and thoroughly enjoyable. Their milkshakes and fries are always top-notch and are my go-to recommendations. Of course, the burgers are fantastic as well. Additionally, the staff is always courteous, quick, and professional.
A message to the management: Please take care of your staff! The poor girl working the cash register this evening was clearly frustrated. It's no surprise that orders are getting mixed up and the quality is suffering. We received the wrong food, and now that we're home, I won't be going back to get the correct order.
At Smashburger, the cooks were neither wearing masks nor gloves despite the mandate. One female cook even looked me straight in the eye as she wiped her nose from hand to elbow while I was picking up my order. I’m absolutely disgusted. This experience has completely ruined my favorite spot on the menu.
