We decided to order takeout from this restaurant since the one closer to Lodi does not offer online ordering, which was disappointing. Unfortunately, our food arrived late as the Uber Eats driver made another delivery first. Despite requesting extra sauces on the website and calling to confirm, only half of them were included in our order. Additionally, the food was cold and only at a moderate room temperature. The two burgers we ordered were cold and greasy, the wings were warm from the frying oil, and the fries were stone cold. We ended up wasting $10 on two orders of fries that were not up to standard. Overall, the experience was completely unacceptable for the price we paid.

Had requested sauces on side and half of them weren?t in the bag after wespecifically called to add them to the order. Not to mention everything ranged from cold to moderately room temp. 2 cold, greasyburgers we should?ve gotten from Five Guys, wings warm from being submerged in fryer oil, and stone cold fries. 2 orders offries wasted for $10. A whole $10, it?s completely absurd.
I really wanted to like this establishment but the take out I received left much to be desired. I ordered a Classic Smash Burger and fries. While the fries were acceptable, I found the burger to be dry, most of it was incredibly oversalted and the remainingwas tasteless. I had to discard half of it in the trash. On a positive note, the restaurant itself was clean and the staff werepleasant, but that?s not enough for me to return for another meal.
We love the more distinctive menu options like the crispy Brussels sprouts, black bean burgers, and Smash tater tots. That said, the classic burgers, smashfries, and chicken sandwich are delicious too. The staff is friendly and hardworking, whether you're dining in or taking out. Smashburger offers a higher-quality fast food experience and is a reliable choice for a family night of burgers and fries.

Smashburger is undoubtedly one of the best spots to enjoy a meal. Their Brussels sprouts are exceptionally delicious! I would gladly give them a 5-star rating. I also suggest joining their club. Although some locations might be better than others, this review is focused on a different Smashburger location. The menu offers a great variety that’s sure to satisfy anyone.
The burgers were good but not as juicy and as hot as I had in the past. Music was more on the harder rock style not current top 50 or maybe a wider mix of songs. Wish you had pepper and salt shackers on table. Hate the paper packets.
I visited Smashburger a few days ago and was really impressed. The service was excellent, and the seating area is stylish and modern. The food exceeded my expectations. This hidden gem in Paramus is definitely worth a visit!
I highly recommend Smashburger—it's a clean and welcoming spot with great-tasting food. Signing up for their rewards program earns you occasional free sides and coupons. I’ll definitely be coming back again.

I usually like Smashburger, but this location is the best one I've been to. The haystack onions are always perfectly crispy and never too greasy like at other places. Overall, an excellent spot!
