I went here for lunch today, and my experience was disappointing. The woman at the counter, who I believe was named Jennifer, seemed completely indifferent to my presence. She spent a few minutes behind the counter without even acknowledging me. When she finally took my order, she wasn’t friendly at all, despite the fact that there was no one else in the restaurant. While I don't expect exceptional service at a fast-food place, I do expect some basic acknowledgment and communication. The delivery of my food after ordering was slow and rather unfriendly as well. On a positive note, the food was good, but I seriously doubt I will return.
Visited for lunch today. Lady at the counter, Jennifer, I think I was totally indifferent. She ran around behind the counter without even recognizing me for at least a few minutes. When she finally decided to take my order, she was not friendly at all. There was no other in the restaurant. Although I do not expect any stellar service in a fast food restaurant, I expect some recognition and communication. The food delivery after the order was slow and also rude. The food was good. I doubt I'll return here.
Saw that Smashburger was doing a BOGO on burgers. It was hot out so a beer and burgers sounded good. Walked right in and ordered. Paid up and was told our order would be right out. Before walking away I asked about the beers and was told that they would be right out. 10 minutes later our burgers came and again we asked about the beers. It turns out that the cashier wasn't old enough to carry beers around and finally rounded up an adult to do it. Bad service, good burgers.
The whole experience was a colossal failure! I ordered (online) the club burger and fries. Both were cold and dry. The fries seemed like they had been sitting out all day. I requested ketchup on the burger and there was barely any on it. Nor did it improve when I added more. NONE of their milkshakes were available. My boss's order wasn't any better! We literally work 3mins from the Colfax location and waited on the food to be ready. Employees were not at all friendly.

I stopped ordering online and decided to order in person today and they still got my order wrong.They are never able to issue a refund over the phone, so I have to waste more gas just to go back for a refund. Today, not onlywas my order wrong but there was a hair in the burger. Just absolutely disgusting!

I decided to try a different burger this time since my usual choice was no longer available. At first, I was annoyed about having to break out of my comfort zone, but to my surprise, I found a new favorite! I’m now motivated to explore more options in the future. Overall, I enjoyed every bite!
Tryed another burger this time because the one I always got was taken away ... I was irritated that I had to go outside my box, but was pleasantly surprised that I now have a new favorite and will kick more often outside my box! All in all I ate every bite and enjoyed it!!

This is honestly the most delicious burger I've ever had! It features a fantastic combination of beef brisket, bacon, and a hamburger patty, all topped off with tasty cheese and sauce!
My first time and the man who took my order was very helpful. Burger was delicious, but the Shaker was fine. Next time I want to try the brussel sprouts and onion rings.
