My favorite burgers so far? I really love their bacon cheeseburgers! The patties are consistently cooked to perfection at all their locations, the buns are soft, and the vegetables are always fresh and crunchy. However, this particular location isn't my favorite. I often feel rushed when I order at the cash register. Additionally, on two occasions, the iced tea and lemonade machines were out of service—those are my go-to drinks! Instead, they served leftovers from containers. The restaurant could also benefit from better maintenance. The staff who deliver the food are usually the nicest aspect of this place. I've visited during work hours while in the area and absolutely enjoy the food, but...
I haven't had a good experience with the customer service at this restaurant. I've visited multiple times, and there's always been some kind of issue. On one occasion, my burger was incorrectly prepared three times, and instead of an apology, I was met with an attitude from the staff, as if it were my fault. Another time, I waited over 30 minutes for a simple meal. It seems like the restaurant is understaffed, leading to forgotten orders and long wait times. I would recommend they hire more staff and work on enhancing service efficiency. While the food is decent, I don't think I'll be returning due to the lengthy waits.
I hope the owner sees this. This location has the worst service I’ve ever encountered. I've visited twice in the afternoon, and both times, there was nobody at the front to take my order. My food ended up sitting on the counter getting cold while the staff relaxed and joked around in the back. It’s truly disappointing because this place has a great location and decent burgers. It feels like the owner doesn’t care about the business at all.
I had a wonderful experience on my first visit to Smashburger! The Smash Ambassadors welcomed me with open arms and made me feel like the only customer, even though it was busy during lunchtime. The staff was friendly, energetic, and professional, making me feel completely at ease—truly as if I were a regular! As for parking, there was ample space in a well-lit and conveniently laid-out lot.

I work right next to this Smashburger and recently decided to give it a shot during my lunch break. I absolutely love the food and especially the milkshakes! They really satisfy me before I return to work. When I place an online order for pickup, my food is always ready in a flash, which is fantastic! Overall, I would rate it a perfect 10 out of 10 – it’s truly an impressive experience!
I ultimately requested a refund, which they processed. However, after nearly an hour of waiting only to learn that my order never went through was incredibly disappointing. This was my first experience at Smashburger, and after this, it is likely to be my last!
The service at this restaurant is exceptional! Even though the staff was busy, they were remarkably kind and patient with our orders. Jay stood out for his politeness and outstanding customer service. I will definitely come back to this place because of him!
The daytime staff is fantastic—polite, professional, and welcoming. I really hope the corporate office recognizes their hard work and rewards them, as they truly deserve it. Thank you, Smash!
