I never write these things but my experience at Smokey Bones with the wife and kids was extraordinary enough to want to leave a review. Aside from the rockin’ nachos, which made our experience treasurable, our server Lauren was an absolute delight and very much the highlight of our evening. I don’t think I’ve ever dined at an establishment with such speedy, efficient and convivial service. We WILL be going back soon and we WILL be requesting Lauren as our server when we do. 10/10 experience.
I had a fantastic experience at Smokey Bones, the only location in the New York City area, with the others being quite far upstate. The food and service were outstanding. The ribs were perfectly seasoned and served hot when they arrived at my table. They are open until 1 AM. I've also visited their locations in Virginia, where the service is always excellent.
I went in to pick up a DoorDash order and was yelled at by the front desk staff while I was simply checking to see if there was water in the bag for the customer. It was incredibly unprofessional, especially in front of other customers.
My favorite restaurant. They have all you can eat tacos and awesome corn bread.2024 Update: corn bread is no longer in a skillet and not as good. No more all you can eat tacos. Book a table now
Had an amazing experience tonight! The hostess Emily was super nice and went beyond to help us make sure that our food was brought out to us perfectly!! Cant wait to go back
The food was outstanding, and I highly recommend it. Parking: There are plenty of available spots. Wheelchair accessibility: The curb is lowered for easy wheelchair access.
