I walked in I was the only customer there 2 staff members were standing behind the counter no one acknowledged my arrival so I walked up to them I had a cookie in my hand and was reading the ingredients, nutrition etc. One of them pointed to the regester that at that point was about a foot to my right he said I had to go there. I did and proceeded to request my smoothie. He said no u have to go to the other side. I had already said what smoothie I wanted. Another customer arrived one of them walked over to take his order the employee that was in front of me said I will be back in 5 minutes to take your order I said excuse me I spent the last 3 minutes explaining my order. I usually go 3/4 times a week after i get out of the gym and never had an issue with the staff they are allways super attentive and helpful.. but today i was going for my usual smoothie 20 minutes before closing time and as im getting out the car one of the girls just gives me a nasty lookd and attitude and started saying something to one of the guys there it clearly looked that she was mad about the fact the it was almost closing time but thats no way to recive a customer i felt offended by her attitude and just left .. its a shame that you guys hire personal like her with 0 customer service..
Okay so I understand many places are closing early due to Covid but if that 's the case then updated your hours online. Is a waste of gas and time driving to this location when it states in here Yelp and google maps that they close at 10 pm. Once I get to this location exactly at 8:59 pm the sign on the door says open but to the side there 's a white board that says due to Covid we are currently closed. We are closing at 9pm Honestly is not like Covid only comes out after 9pm.
I am a regular customer of this store, but for a few months, the process of my smoothies has never been as usual. I went to get a smoothie today at around 7:45 am but it was closed. They advertise their opening time as “7 am” Monday-Friday (which is false). I wish I would have known, there is a smoothie place closer to my job but I stopped here after the gym thinking it would be faster. I ended up being late to work and hungry!
The service was extremely poor. The woman was rude and ruined the açaí bowl by leaving it unattended to chat with her friend. I used to visit this place frequently, but I won't be returning after wasting my money on a watery açaí bowl that wasn’t even filled properly.
Out of all the smoothie King's in the area this one is by far the worst one. Always understaffed always 20 minutes for a smoothie. Sucks big tiiiime
The store shows it opens at 7:00 am. Multiple times now that I show up after 7 and it is closed. Terrible.
