I am giving this restaurant a 1-star rating for now. I was only able to buy a smoothie two out of five times. The smoothie was delicious, but I don't recommend ordering ahead because everyone has to use the drive-thru and there is no parking spot for pick up. The drive-thru lines are very long, with only one speaker and one lane, causing delays for customers who have never been there before. I believe that if there is no pick-up spot or open indoor seating, there should be someone outside assisting customers before they reach the speaker. I will give this restaurant another try in a few months, but in the meantime, I will go to Tropical Smoothie because they deliver and I don't have to wait...
I highly recommend this place. I was able to purchase two delicious smoothies for $5. The smoothie was excellent. However, I suggest not ordering in advance, as there is no parking available for pick up and the drive-thru lines are very long. There is a loudspeaker, a track, and people waiting in line. I think they should have someone outside to assist customers before they reach the loudspeaker if they do not have a designated pick-up spot or are not opening the interior. I will give this place another try in a few months. In the meantime, I will enjoy tropical smoothie from elsewhere as they offer delivery and I don't have to wait for 30 minutes. I recommend this restaurant because they have delicious smoothies, but they should consider opening the lobby for pickups or designating a pickup parking area. The line can get a bit long at times, with some cars having to wait in line 3 after ordering. It might be helpful for them to have a staff member outside to take orders from people who already know what they want, to prevent delays like the one I witnessed where someone held up the line discussing menu items with 12 cars waiting behind them. Improving their efficiency would help prevent frustrating situations like that.

I really enjoy Smoothie King, but I dislike the drive-thru setup. I had to wait for 15 minutes in the drive-thru before I could even place my order, and once you're in line, there's no way to get out because of the curbs. I won't be returning unless the inside of the restaurant is open.
I adore Smoothie King! It is my top choice for smoothie shops in Michigan. With a wide variety of boost options, it outshines its competitors. I enjoy indulging in their workout smoothies, fruity smoothies, and green smoothies - they are all delicious!
Sometimes there's a bit of a wait or a long wait depending on the time of day but the smoothies are really good especially when Michelle or daisy are there.
