I pulled up at 9 PM on a Saturday. Their website says it's now open till 10 PM. I started to walk in and thus guy gets out of his car and says are you going to Smoothie King? I said yes. He said I work here and it's closed. I then called and the store and the employee that answered said oh our website isn't always right. You could tell she didn't know what to say probably bc she was lyingt. That's is weird considering their site says we have new hours on Saturdays. I had a disappointing experience at Smoothie King because some staff members weren't following Covid protocols and were preparing smoothies without wearing masks. It's quite off-putting. I won't be returning to this location again. I wish I could rate it lower than one star.

The manager at this Smoothie King is fantastic. He consistently makes our drinks perfectly, and we've never been let down. I've visited several Smoothie Kings, but thanks to the outstanding service we always receive, we now choose Clayton as our go-to location.

Since it was hot out, I decided to order a smoothie before heading to a friend's event at John P. Fields. I ordered the Immune Booster. It was good. Also, customer service was good.
The staff was very friendly and prepared the smoothie I requested quickly. It was delicious! This is one of the best Smoothie Kings I've discovered in St. Louis!
The staff were friendly and welcoming; however, I would appreciate it if they wore gloves and washed their hands, especially after handling money.
