Despite the fact I felt like an old lady as students came in and out with their friends, I can't get over how much I enjoyed my experience here. It's been a while since I've went to a large smoothie chain. They used to house products that were high in fat and sugar and hid behind what looked to be a healthy product. Once again, I needed a place to work for in the area and saw a spacious smoothie spot so I figured I would try it out. An unrecognizable menu was spotted on the modern screens that are hung behind the counter. Long are the days where menus are printed for smoothies. I typically enjoy this restaurant, but today they closed before 9pm, which was a new issue for me. I arrived at 8:38pm, with plenty of time for them to make a smoothie. I'm not sure if the manager is aware of this problem, but it needs to be addressed. The employees did not acknowledge me or answer the phone when I called to confirm their closing time. It is not fair to those who have been working all day and want a smoothie after their workout. I work from 9am to 6pm and go to kickboxing across the street from 7:30pm to 8:30pm. The staff is unprofessional. It?s it?s called Smoothie King you should be able to substitute if you can?t have milk. It?s called customer service accommodate the customers needs. The two staff were not professional at all they need to be trained better too relaxed. I would not be returning and letting my friends know as well. At the end of the day it?s customer service and if you can?t accommodate a smoothie by substituting milk and a different fruit that?s a problem. You have a great name and smoothies don?t allow employees to mess it up !
Love the fact that we can get smoothies and fruit bowls to kick off the mornings/days so I’m thankful for that but as soon as I came into the store it had an unpleasant smell like old and/or rotting fruit in the back with a few fruit flies at the cashier. I get it that fruits are there but a little more attention/prevention of the smell and flies would be top notch!

I don’t often have the opportunity to visit Long Island, but every time I do, I make sure to stop at this restaurant. It’s always a fantastic experience. The staff is welcoming and efficient, and their smoothies are consistently delicious. What more can I say? For those with dietary restrictions, they offer dairy-free milk alternatives and vegan protein powder.
This place has the best smoothies on the Island, HANDS DOWN. But way more than this I say here and watched Rob (a stellar employee at this store) make orders for quite literally dozens of people entirely by himself. No help. No other staff present. Just him. That kinda grind deserves utmost respect.
I enjoy going to this restaurant because it is never too crowded. The staff is friendly and there is an electric car charging station right in front of the building.
While the app may have some flaws, the team at this Smoothie King really delivered. I appreciate the fantastic customer service and tasty food.
