I find it hard to believe just how unprofessional and, quite frankly, rude the young ladies working here are. My wife and I stopped by to grab some smoothies, and the two girls behind the counter were deeply engrossed in conversation. They completely ignored us—not a greeting or even a glance our way. We waited for them to finish their chat, and when my wife started to place our order, they resumed talking to each other right in the middle of it, utterly dismissing us. Once they finally wrapped up their conversation, we were able to complete our order, but the entire experience felt off and made us feel like we were bothering them.

i visit this store frequent because i live in area.today as i walked in the store 3 customers were in store being serviced and i heard one worker tell the other these strawberry extremes are watery as she poured them for the customers in front of me. shethen attempted to pour me one out of the same blender and i refused the smoothie stating it was too watery.. This was the worst experience I have ever had. A friend and I, wanted to get a smoothie bowl. We went in and it smelled like rotten fruit. The lady that helped us, was so ignorant and snotty. We waited 20 minutes for 2 smoothie bowls. She did not wash her hands before making them. She put 1 glove on and then ran her fingers through her hair with that glove on then continued to put fruit on our bowls. Not to mention her hair was long and if she would have put her head anymore down it would have been in are smoothie bowls. It was absolutely disgusting. This location has a young woman that works the morning shift as a manager. She has the worst attitude and very rude all because I ordered a smoothie that I didn?t realize had sugar in it. She was rude to me but also rude to the young man whom was herco-worker. She kicked the door or either hit the door when I asked for my money back I recommend the young man to be a managerusually when I walk into this location after work he is normally working. He has a great attitude always friendly and was alsowilling to correct my order which she denied him. I will no longer go to this location

The workers can be extremely rude, disrespectful (playing on their cell phone while taking your order, so I have to repeat my order several times), and lazy (they often shut down the bowl bar 2 hours before the restaurant closes). I spoke to the day manager and she said that bowl bar should not be shut down that early.The bowls and shakes are made as per order. The app is helpful and offers reward points.
We watched three people who came here after us get served before us. We waited a long time, but everyone waited a long time. My partner ordered the gladiator smoothie, cold brew flavor. He was told that wasn't a flavor option (it's on the menu.. and we were charged extra for the cold brew since he had two fruits/veggies already picked out. Just a disappointing experience.
I ordered a Gladiator Strawberry smoothie in-store. It took the employees nearly 20 minutes to make it, and then when they gave it to me, it was just an unblended lump of protein powder with runny strawberry water poured over it. I contacted Smoothie King customer support for a refund weeks ago and they did not reply at all.
Smoothies are always delicious but there is one staff member who is always very rude. She seems annoyed to be taking your order.
