Upon walking in with my 11 year old daughter, a female employee (or owner) was sitting in the distance and told someone else to take care of us. He came out (maybe an owner as well being that when I complained he told me they’ve been around for 14 years) and didn’t say hello or crack a smile. Both of them were RUDE from the start!!! My daughter ordered an Acai Bowl asking the man if there were nuts in the granola. She doesn’t like the nuts, but isn’t allergic. He didn’t know if there were nuts in it but never once said he will check. I asked if we can take a look at a sample of the granola to peek for nuts and so he sends the woman over with the whole box. Amazing smoothies and even better service. My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed. The customer service here is amazing and my experience was wonderful. They are patient, friendly and helpful. The girl helping me told me which items I could order for my daughter to have after her surgery and gave me a sooon bc no straws after dental work.
I have been coming here for such a long time they are always are so friendly and the food and the shakes are amazing especially after a work out or if your looking for a quick healthy meal to hold you off for the day , I highly recommend coming here ! Just had my first acai bowl. It was outrageous!!! So fresh. The fruit was very good as well as all the ingredients. I wish they would open a little earlier so I could take a bowl with me to chemo treatments!!! Would recommend to anyone!!! Vegetarian options: Can't have soy, so options good for me.
The protein shakes here are fantastic! I first tried them in 2019, and I was impressed. Eventually, my wife and I decided to try the salads and wraps, and we loved them. As fans of healthy food, Smoothie Roo has become our go-to place for nutritious meals and shakes for our family.
extremely overpriced for a shake that’s subpar. should have prices on the signs because a 13 dollar 4 ingredient shake is wild.
