The bourbon tasting was fantastic, and I was tempted to purchase the last two bottles of "Dead something," but at $115 each, I couldn't justify the expense. Unfortunately, the woman behind her plastic barrier was not very friendly and didn't seem like the right person to discuss the bottles and sales with customers. She came off as quite inconspicuous in my opinion. On a positive note, the bourbon I ended up buying was good, but the gin tasting was just average for me, and since I prefer gin, that was a bit disappointing. Overall, I don't think I'll return; I'd rather buy online from their distributor.
Such a disappointment…the spirits might be good but completely lacking in friendly customer service. We stopped in for a tasting and to buy gifts but after the experience we had interacting with the very unfriendly woman at the counter we left without buying a thing. We we’re the only ones in the store in a weekday morning and she could not have shown less interest in helping us. They also would not accommodate the need of our child to use the bathroom which was the perfect excuse for us to head out!
Enjoyed everything I tried and its priced well. Hard to get a good feel for the flavor out of those little plastic cups though, tough to get a proper whiff. Again though, great stuff!If y'all don't already do your own version of a Jacknife with 1 part maple cream liqueur and 1 part bourbon, you probably should. Not something I'd drink all the time, as I normally prefer sipping neat, but the right day and with some spare maple cream to get rid of, it's a solid drink.
Tasting was decent, customer service was terrible. I looked up reviews just to read and laugh with them. The woman running the counter downstairs is miserable!Not a huge loss for us we had a house 5 minutes away but I would not waste your time driving out of the way to see this place. They advertise as one of the best distilleries around. No, it’s one of like 3 that’s why it’s in the top ten lol. No tours, not that great booze and bad service.

I recently visited the Jeffersonville location and ordered two flights. The woman at the counter was anything but friendly; her demeanor was quite rude, which made me want to leave. Nonetheless, I did enjoy the Bourbon Maple cream liqueur and decided to purchase a bottle. I’m writing this review to provide feedback for management, as it seems that the woman at the counter is not suited for customer service.
We really enjoyed our visit and the temples. The young lady worked very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She gave us options that made our trip there easier on motorcycles to get product and they even let us eat one of the best places. Will definitely visit online and again when we come from midcoast Maine!
One of the best rye whiskey I've ever had. Enjoyed all 4 things I tried. The atmosphere is an after thought, but the booze is great.Begrudgingly I pass on my girl's recommendation that the spicy pickle is fantastic. I remain steadfast in opposition to every pickle.
We stopped for a tasting and I was greatly disappointed. Neither of us thought the products offered had a nice or smooth flavor. The staff was not real friendly or elaborated much on the tasting products.

It's a wonderful place to enjoy on a chilly winter day. We had a tasting and absolutely loved the variety of liqueurs and Tipy Pickles!
