BLT Sandwich with sprouts This restaurant offering sprouts on sandwiches is an absolute treat. Bread was fluffy and delightful, perfect amount of bacon and veggies. Minestrone soup The soup was fine I would wish that the portion would be a little bit bigger for what I paid but overall it was satisfying. Pickle The pickles that they serve are huge that?s why I included my thumb in the background they are delicious perfect amount of bitterness sweetness and saltiness. Customer service I had a question about the soup the day, the employee that answered the phone, had a very happy spirit, made me excited for my food. The sandwiches here are absolutely delicious! The staff is always friendly and genuinely seems to care about their work. I've visited several times, and while the food is fantastic, the location has its challenges. The building is in an area that's difficult to navigate; getting in and out of the parking lot can be tricky, there are often homeless individuals asking for assistance nearby, and the traffic can be quite overwhelming. Additionally, the building is on a hill, and I've had my parked car slide down the side due to ice. In summary, if you're driving, it can be quite hectic.
They used to be very reliable with orders in the past, but for the last two or three weeks, their service has been lacking. Perhaps it's due to having younger staff working there. In the past two weeks alone, I've had to reorder my salad twice because instead of the rotisserie chicken I requested, they sent chicken salad. I've also received the wrong kind of chips, and when I asked for double dressing, they only provided one. Additionally, some ingredients have been missing from my salad. I really hope they can return to their previous level of attention to detail.

Fast, friendly service, made to order sandwiches and open late night. The sandwiches here are very good. Toasted sandwiches are crispy but not burnt. The soft drink selection is from the local Excel Bottling Company and a refreshing departure from the standard big cola company fare. We are return customers; the food and service have always been good.
This restaurant is truly fabulous. It never lets me down. The potato salad is exceptional, even though I'm not usually a fan of it. My favorite dish is the prime rib sandwich. The staff is also incredibly friendly.
