I had been meaning to try Soderberg since it opened earlier this year. Soderberg creates its own sourdough and uses it to make some delicious food. Their speciality for the evening service is pizza (which can be bought by the slice at lunch). Upon arrival I was greeted by a friendly waiter. this place is a little tricky to find as it is in the quartermile, but it is worth looking for outside. nice, unfussy scandi chic is with a quiet location to create a peaceful culinary experience. the staff could have been a bit more attentive, but they were friendly enough when I got their attention. I only came for a coffee and bun but was tempted by the meatballs. Delicious! Cozy atmosphere, especially in the evening. If I was staying longer in Edinburgh I would of come again. If you like Swedish food you'll love this.
beautiful place in the heart of the quartermile! I love it for mazarin a small Swedish marzipan baked, sooo good. also pizza is great, but opening times are strange and seem to change constantly.
