I ordered a half-off burger through the app and specifically requested no mayonnaise. Unfortunately, the burger arrived with mayonnaise on it. I attempted to resolve the issue by speaking with three different employees, but I ultimately had to get out of my car and approach the manager, Lacy, who has pink hair. She was rude and dismissive, refusing to remake the burger because she didn't want to incur the loss. I mentioned that I have a mayonnaise allergy, but she didn’t seem to care. Luckily, I checked the burger before taking a bite, as it could have led to a serious situation. For anyone who has experienced something similar, the store number is 2386.
Ordered online via app and when arrived I checked in and entered stall number. I had ordered my food ASAP since I was close. The screen said someone was on the way. No one never came. Twenty minutes later I Had to knock on door to get order which they promptly handed to me. Of course burger and fries were cold. If they wasn?t going to bring it they should have told me and I would have gotten it sooner but to say nothing is UNACCEPTABLE! Granted it was 45 min before closing and drive through line was long. All they had to do was tell me. When I pressed the button no one answered. Cold food waste of money and time. Not the way to do business.
The woman that was taking our order had a very nastyyyyy attitude!! To the point when she was finna catch these hands?. Customers service is very horrible and they have attitudes at the wrong people. I think she was a manger because she had on a black uniform but that?s doesn?t give her the right to have bad customer service? she can?t talk to customers any type of way bc she will find her match one day?. She need to fix that attitude first before she try to serve another paying customer?
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Sonic on Geyer Spring. If I could, I would rate them zero stars. I placed a straightforward order for a double cheeseburger with bacon, but they forgot the bacon! I should have checked my order before leaving, but with just a 30-minute lunch break, I wanted to get back to work quickly. If I can't afford to be two dollars short and still expect my order to be accurate, why can't the staff manage to fulfill orders correctly?

I would like to take a moment to thank Brittany for her exceptional service. I was feeling a bit frustrated, but she truly went above and beyond to ensure I left wanting to return. I really value her positive attitude, warm smile, and courtesy. The food is fantastic, and I am incredibly satisfied!
I would give this place zero stars if possible. My card was charged for both my meal and someone else’s. Now I have to print out my bank statement and go back there to get it sorted out. It’s unbelievable – they make a mistake, and I’m the one who has to deal with the hassle!

The employee taking my order kept interrupting me repeatedly. My sandwich was made wrong, the tater tots were cold, and my drink was not filled properly and was labeled differently from the others.

I really love the onion rings and chili dogs, especially when they used to be served with coleslaw, although that's no longer available. The milkshakes are fantastic too!
