I ordered an M&M Blast for my daughter at the drive-thru, but ended up with an Oreo dessert instead. It wasn't a huge issue, so my husband parked the car while I went inside to resolve the mistake and get the correct order. However, when I approached the staff, they took the Oreo dessert back with a bit of an attitude and seemed confused, even after I showed them my receipt. They repeatedly asked me if I wanted an M&M Blast or a milkshake, but I insisted on what was on my receipt. Despite their ongoing attitude, it took about 10 minutes for me to finally receive something that resembled an M&M Blast. Overall, the entire experience wasn’t worth the hassle.
My wife ordered a chicken sandwich, and when we got home, she took a few bites and realized the chicken was very chewy. To our shock, it was completely uncooked. This is unacceptable and presents a serious health hazard. I highly recommend that everyone avoid this location. I plan to reach out to the North Carolina Department of Health and the corporate office about this issue. This establishment has a history of subpar service, and action needs to be taken.
I ordered a double cheeseburger and a diet Coke with light ice, but I received a single cheeseburger and a diet Coke filled to the brim with ice. Fortunately, they quickly corrected my order and made everything right. I'm really impressed by their responsiveness and the way they handled the situation without any hassle. Well done!

The shake I ordered had an off taste and was rather unappetizing. When I tried to call back to talk to the manager, I was put on hold. The total for my order came to $29.00.
