I ordered 2 simple items, blue coconut cream slushes. When the car hop brought them to my car there was ice cream and blue syrup from the slush all on the outside of both, the lids were split, not staying on the 2 drinks were 2 different shades of blue. Meaning, they were not mixed correctly. Being a previous manager at Sonic, I know how all items should look and not look before going out to the customer. I politely asked her to please take them back and fix them and clean up the outside of the cups. She didn't even have napkins to offer me. When she brought them back out, unfortunately NOTHING had been done to them. Very disappointing.

I waited for 15 minutes for them after pushing the button, i pushed it waited 3-4 minutes no response so i pressed it again waited a few minutes still no response so i .mashed the button a few times. Meanwhile the guy to my left pulled up was able toget his food ordered, waited for it, recieved it, and left and no one ever took my order. I eventually left starving becausethey couldnt pay enough attention or didnt care enough about their customers. So do your self a favor and go anywhere else buthere. There is plenty of better places arpund them. If you still want sonic go to the nederland one they are better and respecttheir customers.

Ordered ahead on Sonic App. Which gives you 1/2 off drinks. They brought the food out in a few minutes. Burger: did not taste fresh, sloppy put together, 1 tomato, 1 raggedy piece of lettuce, it was ok, but not as good as burger depot or what it should be for the price. Today I went to sonic and I went to pay my total, handed the employee a $50 bill and she said that they would not accept it. I had no other money with me nor a card, so she said I would have to go break the $50 bill and come back for my food. We were not happy about this...at all. I looked for any signs or any notice but couldn't find one when I came back. Not cool.

I waited 15 minutes after pressing the button to place my order. I pressed it, waited 3-4 minutes with no response, then tried again and still received no answer. Frustrated, I repeatedly pressed the button. Meanwhile, the man next to me was served his food and left, while no one attended to my order. Eventually, I left feeling hungry because they clearly did not prioritize their customers. They seem to be doing us a favor by serving us, but I would suggest going elsewhere because there are much better options around. If you're looking for a place that respects its customers, I'd recommend Sonic instead; they do a much better job. Book a table now

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I ordered three slushes, and even though there was no one else in the parking lot, it took almost 15 minutes for my order to be ready. They prioritized delivering other people's food instead of mine, despite customers arriving after me. Management seriously needs to address this issue and help their employees improve their service.

I can't give this place any stars. My experience was extremely frustrating. I waited nearly 15 minutes in the parking lot, only to find that my order was being overlooked while other customers were served before me. The management really needs to evaluate their staff and improve their service.

The woofer rings were overcooked and dry, with an unpleasant greasy taste. The tater tots were decent. The cheeseburger seemed smaller than usual and hastily assembled. The patty was thin and overcooked, making it tough. The sweet tea could be sweeter. Just my opinion.

On March 30, Sonic Drive-In served my family, including my three-year-old, food that caused food poisoning or a stomach bug. The manager refused to acknowledge the issue, so the health department was contacted. I will avoid Sonic Drive-In and their menu at all costs. Book a table now
