I don't like leaving bad reviews however I feel like we all can grow from constructive criticism...... when we arrived I had chosen the cherry drink that was advertised on the screen..... They told me they no linger carry the product which is fine butchange your advertisement (they may not have the availability to do that but then corporate needs to step up their game). Thefood we ordered was not right I had ordered a burger with no tomatoes (because I'm allergic) and not only did it come withtomatoes all of our food was cold......... I really feel like this location could be a good money maker but the staff need towant to be there in the first place in order for it to go smoothly..... best...
The only thing edible at this place is the dessert. They have consistently disappointed with regular food. My sons and I went to the Walk up this past Sunday to order 1 soda, 1 slushy and a medium fry. Not only did it take 20 min to receive an overpriced uncomplicated order, but I received a small cold order of fries. This is not the first time. I wanted to go back to complain but had run out of time to spend at a fast food spot run by kids. I opted to call and speak with a manager, but the call kept dropping as if calls were blocked. This location needs to be overhauled better management, possibly more staff, the works.
I ordered a Toaster Breakfast sandwich with tots about 20 minutes after the store opened. There was no line or rush, but this is what I received. The sandwich was supposed to be toasted, but it wasn’t. I won’t be coming back anytime soon since there are many other options nearby. I was disappointed. Service was hit or miss. I initially pulled up to the outermost speaker because the first lane had a cone. After a few minutes, someone informed me through the speaker that I was at the wrong spot. I moved to the first lane where the volume was much lower. The order process at the window was fine.
Went here for 2 slushies and a hot dog. We were waiting for well over 45 minutes for these items. I had to get out of my car to ask for a refund. When I finally received it, no apologies were offered. Keep in mind, they had a kitchen full of workers, sothe delay didn?t make sense. Ultimately, they don?t care. Basically, only go here if you have time to kill. If they?re movingthat slow for a ?fast food? establishment, I?m sure the cleanliness of the workplace is something left to be desired, as well.

Every time I visit Sonic Drive-in, they always mix up my order! This isn’t what I paid for, and by the time I get all the way home, I realize the order is wrong yet again. It's my fault for not checking before leaving, but I should be able to trust that the staff can read and prepare my order correctly. I'm not happy! If the person I got the meal for hadn’t been so hungry, I would have returned it.
First time going to a Sonic. The line was long but the amount of time waited was decent. The employees were very friendly and helpful. There was no soda available but they were patient with helping me choose a different beverage (they have a lot of choices). The food was fresh and hot. Would eat here again if in the area.
Ordered the steak butter burger. It came with no bacon or grilled onions. Nothing like the picture. And we had to wait over 40 min for our food! Onion rings were a soggy clump of batter and crisp only on some pieces Plus, the soda was only about 3 sipsworth. The rest was all ice. Never going to this Sonic again!
We chose the drive-thru service, parked our car, placed our order, and paid via the screen. The process was quick and easy. Our food arrived hot and tasty, and we particularly loved the strawberry slushy. The friendly staff made the experience even better. We will definitely visit again.

I ordered the chophouse combo. The sandwich was soggy, 1 halfway crispy onion ring. Cold burger. Tater tots was so hard and stale.. my burger did not look like what's advertised nor did it taste like it looked. $12 waisted. Actually $37. I brought2 chophouse combos and a sub combo.
