I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. First, the staff seemed to have a negative attitude, which made for an unwelcoming environment. Second, it often appears to be quiet, with no cars waiting at the drive-thru, but after placing my order, I found myself waiting a long time at the pickup window while the few cars in front of me didn’t move. It would be helpful if they could move those cars off to the side so that others could continue their day without being served cold food. Lastly, I was told they were out of the meat for a burger I wanted. Instead of offering a substitute or a better-quality patty to make up for it, they seemed unwilling to accommodate me, which felt dismi...

So I ordered a #3 combo meal large fries and large Dr. pepper, as well as a large sonic blast Oreo add Reese’s. I got my food but not the Dr. pepper when I asked for it she said it would be $1.22 I was confused as to why? I asked her why was I charged for it in the meal but I have to pay again for it? She said that it was taken off. When I questioned her she said “you paid full price for the combo meal and the blast was added to the combo meal instead of the Dr. pepper I asked why was I charged for the Blast then? And she said I was charged full price for both because it wasn’t happy hour?!? What?? I don’t see why I had to pay for my Dr. pepper when it’s included in the combo meal price.

BRIAN! Hands down THE best employee you have..... I am so thankful he is at our riverview location! Just hearing his voice of the speaker over the speaker, puts ur mind at ease. Your entire order will be there I promise not only That, but delivered with a huge smile ad the most positive attitude. He makes my wife every single time he working and she come thru!!! Employee's like him should be treasured, what he brings to your company is priceless!!! ????

If you plan on eating in your car, I highly suggest you just order through the drive thru and go park. I pulled into a stall at 6:45 and activated the button. I had to reactivate the button 3 times. My order wasn’t taken until 7:15. I only waited the 30minutes because I promised my daughter a milkshake and my son a slush, and it’s one of the few places I can get both. Book a table now

I was there today and the credit card machine didn't work, I could hardly hear the person on the intercom. When I received. When I order my order it looked like 3 burgers was in the bag but when I got home there was only 2 and the fries was soo salty I couldn't even eat them. I'm calling it quits on Sonic. And no receipt for my order.

I waited at the drive-thru speaker for 15 minutes without any acknowledgment, despite there being no other customers. When I finally reached the window, the employee informed me that I couldn't use a Sonic gift card at Sonic, and then she closed the window in my face. There should definitely be an option for less than 1 star.

The service here is incredibly slow, which is quite frustrating. The staff member at the drive-thru had a noticeable attitude while we were trying to place our order. To make matters worse, the speaker was malfunctioning, so we could only hear part of what she was saying, and she seemed quite annoyed.

Went for a sonic blast M&M ice cream and they said the machine was down, asked if we wanted a vanilla shake topped with M&M's we said sure, it's tastes horrible and doesn't have many M&M's at all. And was charged almost $6 for a small. Ridiculous. Book a table now

First of all the food was delicious. But what made it even better was the gentleman that took and delivered our order. I think his name is Brian. He was absolutely amazing. Kind, quick and thoughtful. He was really great.
