i use to work in fast food, and have worked in customer service jobs for years. so i understand it sucks and is hard. but this sonic in Edgewood absolutely sucks. absolutely horrible. i’ve lived in this town my whole life, and every experience ive had at this location has been horrible. not once has my order ever been right. and everyone i talk to about it agrees. if people don’t wanna work and do the jobs correctly, just shut this place down already. i’ll continue to speak my peace about this place to anyone who asks about it. do better. I have the app and I'm really impressed with all the amazing deals it offers! The rewards program is fantastic! The staff are wonderful and I feel like they’re friends. Ordering ahead saves me so much time. The food is excellent, and I visit this Sonic about three times a week.
The sonics in Edgewood Texas is awesome. They always always get my custom order right. I don’t even have to check it before I leave because I know it’s right. Their chicken sandwich sucks but the rest of the menu is good. Plus u get half price on the slushees with the app.
1st of all when did they start charging for sauces ? Then they didn't even Give me the sauces that I ordered nor did they make the rest of my order correct. Seems to happen every time and the manager on duty was the toilet douche...
